- Personal data is processed on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Polish Labor Code Act of June 26, 1974.
- Personal data will be processed for:
- carry out the recruitment procedure, to the extent beyond the provisions of labor law – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
- carry out recruitment proceedings, to the extent specified by labor laws – GDPR Article 6(1)(b), (c);
- use of personal data in subsequent recruitment of employees if consent is given – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. If in the recruitment documents, the data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR,then the processing of personal data takes place only on the basis of consent – Article 9(2)(a).Personal data will be processed by the Administrator until the end of the recruitment process. In the case of consent to the processing of personal data, the data will be stored for a period of 1 year.
- Personal data does not come from third parties.
- The Administrator does not intend to transfer data to a third country or international organization.
- The Administrator will transfer personal data to other entities only on the basis of legal regulations, including in particular: Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office, and on the basis of concluded data processing entrustment agreements.
- You have the right to:
- request access to personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to processing, and the right to data portability;
- revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its revocation;
- file a complaint against the actions of the Administrator to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Provision of personal data within the scope of Article 221 of the Polish Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Provision of data beyond this scope is voluntary.
- The administrator does not provide for automated decision-making.
